Tinker toys, egg drop, paper challenge and poems – it all sounds like a great activity day for team Plumb right? It was!
We had the opportunity to attend a seminar on Friday; Kip Kint spent the day challenging us to get out of our comfort zone and work as a team. We were able to identify our communication style, learn about our team mates styles, and how to work well with them. Team Synergy!
Kip played a few motivational videos for us which moved us beyond measure. A few videos he played for us (check it out!) were http://youtu.be/snDQe3tWwRQ which taught us the biggest handicap in life is a bad attitude. Anything can be achieved with a can do attitude!
